Jeff Porter, Ph.D.
Dr. Porter is the Head of Developmental and Molecular Pathways for the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research. Among his duties is the task of developing biological pathways research. Novartis’s efforts have led to many publications and the discovery of targets that have the potential to help patients in need. Previously, as a scientist with Cambridge based biotech Curis, Dr. Porter was instrumental in the studies that led Project A.L.S. researchers to differentiate embryonic stem cells in to bone fide motor neurons.
